Athletics

The SLA values the life lessons learned through the discipline of sports and understands that healthy kids are happy kids. In additions to our physical education classes, our co-curricular athletics including track and field, intramural team sports, curling, skating and rugby as well as family activity and sports days all add to the richness in developing invaluable individual and teamwork skills and personal bests!
